THE OUTING OF PUBLIUS AND THE COMFORT OF ANONYMITY
I find Whelan's outing of Publius to be petty and vindictive. I would also point out that Whelan's site conveniently has no commenting which may explain Whelan's fit of pique. He's daily surrounded by obsequious plebes who fondle his ego to the point of, well, that should be anonymous, er, private and he is coddled into thinking that the universe agrees with him.

He needs to get out more or allow comments at NRO. On second thought, that might well be pointless as only the true believer thinks s/he's reading objective commentary, sort of like watching Fox. You don't go to either to get fair and balanced perspective.
